We aim to answer within two working days. FIGURX is early, so saying plainly what went wrong is more useful than a polished bug report.

The ChatGPT tools

FIGURX exposes three tools over MCP at https://mcp.figurx.app/mcp. They draft an invoice, draft a quote, and calculate a selling price from landed cost and a target gross margin.

They are stateless. Nothing you pass to them is stored, and no draft is sent, approved, numbered or marked paid. If an assistant tells you a FIGURX invoice was sent or paid, that is wrong and we would like to hear about it.

Reporting something incorrect

A wrong total, a wrong tax figure or a tool that claims to have done something it cannot do are all worth reporting. Include the numbers you entered and the numbers you got back.
