Who you are contracting with

FIGURX is provided by TZA INC LTD, company number 12055213, registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ. By using FIGURX or the FIGURX tools in ChatGPT you accept these terms.

What the service does

FIGURX calculates draft invoices and quotes from information you supply, and calculates a selling price from a landed cost and a target gross margin. A draft is a calculation. It is not issued, numbered, delivered or recorded as owed.

What the service does not do

• It does not send documents to your customers.
• It does not assign legal invoice numbers.
• It does not record payment, approval or dispatch.
• It does not file anything with HMRC or any other authority.

You are responsible for the figures

You supply the rates, quantities, dates, tax rates and customer details. FIGURX calculates from what you give it. Check every document before you rely on it or send it to anyone. FIGURX is not accounting, tax or legal advice, and does not replace an accountant.

Acceptable use

Do not use FIGURX to produce documents you know to be false, to misrepresent a transaction, or to record identifiable patient or clinical information. Do not attempt to overload, probe or interfere with the service.

Availability

FIGURX is early software offered without a service level commitment. It may be unavailable, and tools may change or be withdrawn while the product develops.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, FIGURX is provided as is, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
